Project 2: Orange Marmalade Puff Pastries
Project 3: Homemade Bread



Puff Pastries: Super easy recipe, but they come off as a fancy treat from the local bakery!
Ingredients:
Pastry sheets
A marmalade or jam for filling (Next try for me will involve Nutella!)
Egg Wash
Knife and Oven

Method:
Spread your filling of choice over pastry sheet
Roll pastry sheet into a roll and cut slice to your desired thickness. (I did inch wide sections)
Place slivers of pastry onto cookie sheet.
Cover each pastry with a coating of egg wash to insure a golden brown color.
Bake for about 10 minutes, or until pastries are a crispy golden brown.
