A new favorite of Australia: Pumpkin Soup and Toast.

To make: Combine onion, 1/3 Potato, 2/3 Pumpkin - Boil in just enough chicken stock to cover ingredients, add salt + pepper (sometimes a bit of curry powder), then puree until soup consistency. Toast some bread to serve on the side, and you have the perfect winter soup!
